Paul Fasullo writes: My father bought this shop several years after leaving his previous shops at Oatley (which the family ran for 15 years from 1960 to 1975) and at Narwee (1976 to 1985).

My mother Maria Fasullo was unbelievable as she opened the shop each morning while my father went to the markets. My mother would bring the fruit from the cool room in big trolleys and set up the shop. She was invaluable to my father as he madly unloaded the truck with the daily produce purchased from the markets.
