Dominic Merlino Dominic Merlino’s fruit shop at Dulwich Hill was truly a family run business: his parents, along with his children, were all involved in operation of the shop. The long hours – Dominic’s store was open from 7am until 6pm, Monday to Saturday – made help from the family necessary. Dominic would also make regular visits to Paddy’s Markets for fresh fruit and vegetables to sell in the store. |
